Nutrilite did a great job of finding a convenient way for you to get the job done. They've come up with what they call a twist tube. You pop the cap, pour in a 16.9 oz bottle of water, and gently shake. Now you've got medicine that doesn't taste like medicine. Simply amazing. Doesn't hurt that it tastes good either..

If you know me, you know I play a lot of ball. These are great for my knees as well as overall comfort. I take these to restaurants with me and amaze my servers when I pour them in complimentary water. Add lemon for an exotic flavor. With 1500 mg glucosamine in each twist tube, this is certain to be the lubrication you need. As I said before, this is for medicinal purposes, so limit yourself to one a day. I know it tastes good, but there are other flavors you can drink if you have to have one.
