If you know me, you know I have an infatuation with hibachi. I love it. I could eat it every other day. Korean barbecue one day, hibachi the next. I could go on like that forever. Most of the Japanese steakhouse, chop everything in front of you, throw shrimp at you shows are very similar. This we know, honestly, Kenji is no different. 

Now.

Here's what sets them apart. SUSHI! 

They've got GREAT SUSHI! 

All sushi is NOT created equal! 

The above pictured is the Firecracker roll. This is one of the best on the menu! It has shrimp tempura all the way through, some veggies, and some tuna. It's topped with a spicy sauce. Spicy is right up my alley! I'm so glad a friend recommended this to me, so I'm doing the right thing and recommending this to you. Get it.

The sushi is competitively priced and is a great value. Stop eating that crap at the grocery store thinking you've got an idea what this is.
