What I'm cooking : T-Bone steak

Rib-eye is my favorite steak by far.

This is clear and accurate, but sometimes you gotta switch it up.

Enter T-bone.

Cook it the same way, just be mindful of it being leaner than a rib-eye. 

Don't kill it by fire. Nobody wants dry steak.
